Important: These terms contain a mandatory arbitration provision and a class action waiver. They affect your legal rights.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading our application, or interacting with our servers, you enter into a legally binding contract with Zozo Games. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you take full responsibility for their compliance with these Terms.
2. Jurisdiction and Restrictions
Zozo Games is intended for global use, but we do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
- Restricted Regions: You may not use the Service if you are located in a country sanctioned by the US, EU, or UK.
- Local Law: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction regarding social gaming and virtual currency.
3. Account Ownership and Security
You do not "own" your account. You are granted a limited, revocable license to access the platform.
- Credentials: You must maintain the confidentiality of your login information. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including unauthorized purchases.
- No Transfers: Selling, trading, or gifting accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban of all involved accounts.
4. Virtual Currency and In-App Assets
Zozo Games may include virtual, in-game currency ("Coins", "Gems", "Gold"). These are digital licenses and have NO REAL WORLD VALUE.
4.1 Non-Redeemability
Virtual assets cannot be exchanged for "real" money, goods, or other items of value from us or any third party.
4.2 Finality of Purchases
All purchases of virtual assets are final and non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., EU right of withdrawal for digital content not yet consumed).
4.3 Expiration
We reserve the right to expire virtual assets if an account remains inactive for more than 180 days.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Technical Abuse: Using packet sniffers, memory editors, or decompilers to alter game logic.
- Market Manipulation: Colluding with other users to manipulate "High Roller" rankings or event outcomes.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be a Zozo Games employee or moderator.
- Toxicity: Using hate speech, sexually explicit language, or engaging in "griefing" in multiplayer chat.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOZO GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zozo Games from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any third-party rights.
7. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in a neutral location.
YOU AND ZOZO GAMES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
